CareSentre provides personal emergency response devices and monitoring services designed to assist users in contacting help during an emergency. CareSentre is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice or emergency medical services.

Monitoring Services
Devices are connected to a third-party professional monitoring center. Response times may vary based on circumstances, network availability, and user location.

User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:

• Keeping devices charged and in working condition

• Providing accurate contact and emergency information

• Using the device as instructed

Limitations of Service
Service availability may be affected by cellular coverage, environmental conditions, or technical issues. CareSentre does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Payments & Billing
Services require an active subscription, billed monthly or annually. By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan.

Cancellation
Service may be canceled at any time by contacting CareSentre prior to the next billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability
CareSentre shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
