(1) Choose Your Wearable

Equipment is provided as part of your service. There are no up-front equipment costs. Choose from pendants, wrist alerts, or smartwatches designed for easy emergency access. Features of each system vary and you and your caregivers and family can select what works best for your situation.

Remember: the BEST solution is the one that you will actually wear and use each day. CareSentre systems best protect you when they are worn ON you physically.

(2) Create A Response Plan

In the event of an emergency, you are one button press away from help when you need it. Falls are automatically detected and can trigger the system even when you can't push the button!*

We work with you to determine the response should that happen, who is contacted in what order, your specific situation needs, etc. Our trained operators stay on the line as needed and help coordinate response of family or caregivers and local EMS dispatch.

*Please Note: no system today can claim 100% accuracy in detecting all fall events. In the event of an emergency, it is ALWAYS recommended to press your alert button if able.

We offer subscription plans with flexible billing and easy cancellation for your convenience. Choose a monthly plan and pay the first and last month along with a one-time set-up fee to get started. OR choose an "Annual" plan and be billed for only 11 months with the 12th provided free! AND the set-up fee is waived. No contracts. Always transparent pricing with no "gotchas"!

Pricing is the same for all of of our featured mobile PERS (mPERS) systems provided as part of our service plans. Choose the best system based on your needs, not on a price tag.
