Refund & Cancellation Policy – CareSentre

Subscription Services
CareSentre monitoring services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel service at any time by contacting CareSentre. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

  • Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund upon cancellation, depending on usage and device return status.

Device Returns
If a device is returned (if applicable), it must be in reasonable condition. Additional charges may apply for damaged or unreturned equipment.

Billing Disputes
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact CareSentre within a reasonable timeframe so we can review and resolve the issue.
